Here's an example of one of my schedule last week:
6.45am : Wake up
7.30am : Gym
9am : Work
6pm : Rush off from work
7pm : Band practice for gig the following day
9pm : Rush off from practice
9.30pm : Give drum replacement class.
10.30pm : Lesson ends.
The Following Day:
9am : Work
6pm : Rush off from work
7pm : Sound check at Laundry
8pm to 11pm : Dinner at Laundry and lepak
11pm : Gig with Two Hand Band
12am : Go back.
Here's an example of one of my schedule THIS week:
9am : Work
6.30pm : Rush off from work
7.3opm to 10pm : Church practice
10pm to 2am : Set up for Recording
2am to 2.30am : Recording ( 2 takes )
3am : Sleep.
Here's an example of my schedule TOMORROW:
6.30am : Wake up
7am : Sound check at Jaya One for IACT Street Party Gig
9.30am : Drum Class
2.30pm : Class End.
3.30pm : Reach Jaya One
4.00pm : Gig starts
5.00pm -night : TBC.
I can say for the past 2 weeks my life is : eat.sleep.work.drum.eat.sleep.work.drum.
Though it's really tough to handle it, when I'm old-ER I can now safely say I haven't wasted a single moment of my youth and energy. :)
